How do I connect C5P wireless earbud to Bluetooth device for the first time?
1.Tear off the insulating protective film around the sports earbud charging contacts. And put back the Bluetooth earbud to the charging case for charging 10 mins.
2.Take out of two wireless earbud Bluetooth, both running earbud will auto turn on and pair. Wait about 10s for the sport earbud to pair each other. When successfully pair, one of the sport earphones indicator light will stop flashing and another will keep flashing.
3.Now, you can open your phone Bluetooth and find "C5P" in your list. When connect to the phone, both sport headphones indicator lights will go out.
4.Next time use, the wireless earbud headphones will auto reconnect to the last paired device when take out from the charging case.

1.How to solve the problem of no sound from the aheadphone?
First, you can adjust the volume through the phone itself, or In the connected device state, long press within 5 seconds, press and hold the left ear 2 seconds to increase volume, Press and hold the right ear 2 seconds to decrease volume
2.How to Solve Volume and Charging Issues ？
Clean the charging contacts, eartips, and mesh with an alcohol pad to remove dust or earwax that might be affecting charging or sound volume.
3. How to Solve Connection Issues（Reset your earbud）
Place the earbud into the charging case and ensure they are charging.
Delete the Bluetooth pairing information on the phone.
Take the earbud out of the charging case, wait for 5 seconds until the LED on the left earbud flashes slowly, and the LED on the left earbud not flashes . Now you can re-pair with your phone, search and connect to "C5P".

Perfect! Stays in my ears
I shop online often and look for honest reviews. These ear buds fit all of my needs. They fit snug, stay in my ear well, the sound is great. The touch features are indeed sensitive, but it’s not really a problem. They connect to my phone instantly, I love that I can use one or two. The noise cancelling is awesome, I don’t hear the kids yelling in the house. Also, the battery lasts for ever! They have not interrupted my listening even once. The case itself charges them. So if you plug in the case when you’re not using them, they will still charge on the go. I keep these in my purse and the case doesn’t fly open. I absolutely love these and the price is sooo good. FYI I use these for audiobooks 40 hours a week and for music at the gym.
Surprisingly High Quality and Comfortable.
I got these earbuds while they were on sale for $13.99, because I was in dire need of wireless earbuds for my new phone. I intended on having them to tide me over until I could get what I would have believed to be a better pair. I think I already have the better pair. I included two pictures to sort of show the size of the buds along with the size of the charging case.
First off, the color is okay. Pretty true to the pictures, but I would have preferred blue or all black. But, I couldn't find different colors. However, the yellow color you see in the pictures is what you're getting if that's a selling point for you.
The sound quality is surprisingly good for something so cheap. Galaxy Buds, Google Buds, AirPods, whatever else should honestly watch out for these earbuds, the sound quality is actually good. And they're a satisfying kind of loud without being painful. I'm using the smallest size of the cushion things provided, and it's actually super comfortable. I haven't experienced any hiccups in sound or in connection to my phone or my computer.
Speaking of pain, does anyone else's ears hurt from the earhooks on wireless earbuds? Or is it just me? After wearing my earbuds yesterday, my ears began to really hurt after awhile because of the stupid hooks. And then I realized that they could be removed without actually breaking anything. And I feel like that's super important. The earbuds still fit snugly and comfortably in my ears without the earhooks.
My boyfriend said the mic quality is kind of bad, but when I tested it with my voice recorder, it sounded fine to me. And I'm not sure if it was something on his side. But, if it IS the actual mic quality, it's something to keep in mind when purchasing these earbuds. He claimed it sounded like "I was talking through six thick blankets". Could it have been due to low batteries? As well, the button on the buds to pause things and whatnot is rather sensitive. But, it's not something that you can't get used to.
All in all, and I've only ever written ONE other review for something I've bought, I would actually highly recommend getting these earbuds if you need something wireless and you can't afford the big name buds. You're getting surprisingly exceptional quality for around $15. And they don't really feel all that cheaply made. If you don't worry too much about having name brand earbuds to match your phone or whatever, you won't be disappointed. I certainly wasn't.
Great for a super-product.
This is a low-quality earbud with a questionable design that is so incredibly inexpensive, it is hard to dock it more than a star. I lose earbuds like I lose sunglasses, sleep, and money in Vegas. Personally, it does not make sense to spend anymore than a fingerful of dollars on earbuds as I will lose or break them in a few months at most. In this price range, I can't ask for more in terms of connectivity, water resistance, or sound quality, all of which are poor to mediocre, but not an issue to the point where the product is unusable. FYI- the range on these earbuds is a couple dozen feet at best, so keep your phone close like you know you always do.
I dock a star here for the poor touch plate design, which makes it nearly impossible to adjust the earbuds without triggering some sort of reaction on the device it is connected to.

The earbuds fit snugly into the ear, and can be adjusted by replacing the rubber heads that are included, small medium and large. If put in tightly, you could potentially block out all bothersome sounds that could effect your listening session.
Sound quality 5/5
For earbuds are rather solid, though if you really try to push the limits, these struggle a little less in comparison to other earbuds that I have tested thus far, so far so good
Battery life 5/5
Includes a USB c to USB cable to plug into the charging case, but I have yet to be required to charge even after a week or so of usage
Honestly just for price alone the value is already rather high
