Great for small ears

I have went through 3 different pair of earbuds and none of them fit my small ears. They did great but my ears would kill me after about 30 minutes. I put the smallest size ear tips and these fit GREAT. They don't hurt my ears, the sound is great and the calls are crisp and clear. Others can hear me on them as well. I don't believe they are quoted as sound cancelling but they certainly do reduce outside noise a TON. They are not so small they are hard to get a hold of. My previous earbuds were hard to grasp to get out of the case. Not these. They don't feel like they are going to fall out of my ears if I talk or move around. I would highly recommend these. I can't say how the battery life is since I just got them. The quality of the earbuds and the case doesn't feel cheap. It feel made of good quality. Can't beat the price for what you get!
The sound quality is what you might expect in a more expensive brand
I've been a Back Bay fan for a few years. I have the Duet 50 buds, the Runner EQ27 set and now these. Each play a role based on my activity. The Duet 50 sound quality is phenomenal. The Runner is more on the treble side. The Tempo 30 is the perfect in between and very close to the Duet 50. I give honest opinions, and the Tempo 30 may have just become my favorite. I'm not a youngster any longer. The ears don't pick up on things like they used to. These buds, to me, have a very good balance between highs and lows. Even the bass boost function doesn't drown out other areas for the sake of bass. Often you get too much high and too little low and vice-versa with hardly any middle. Not with these. Again, this is my elderly opinion. And in case you may jump to conclusions about what type of music an old fart might be listening to, here's a hint, I've seen Zeppelin 4 times and just recently went to the Black Crowes. This is now my third pair of Back Bay earphones, having lost one and broke the other (my fault). In the past, I've tried an earlier version of these, and another model that had a wire for active use. Every pair I try sounds better than the last. Nice, crystal clear audio with some really good bass. Battery life is more than sufficient, and I am never left without music, even when I go a day without charging. To say I am now a loyal customer is an understatement.
Best Earbuds I've ever owned (I have small ears)
Sooooo, for anybody out there with smaller ears like myself, you've probably searched for good earbuds that fit your ears without pain or without issues of them falling out of your ears.
I've owned maybe about 20 earbuds throughout the years, but not many were wireless because of the "small ear" issue. A lot of the wireless ones had bigger hardware and it just didn't fit comfortably.
