Tips:

My job involves a lot of conference calls and I'm most successful with wireless ear pieces.
I bought these for 4 reasons , price, ear hook, battery life and flexibility - you can use one or both for sound.
They are very comfortable and feel secure - I have a small ear cannel and can't use the buds that just sit in the ear.
I do have one comment - the instructions are not clear. Ear buds came with a 96% charge, lasted for almost 8 hours. Once the bud died, I set in the cradle overnight based on pic in instructions. Next day, there was no charge.
Instructions are junk. Pictures do not show how ear buds sit in the charging station but show buds flipped upside down over the cradle , showing the 'Multi Use Button'. I went on line and found directions that showed buds in cradle with ear piece at the top.
But so far great reception and no one yet has said my voice is muffled or they can't hear me .

This is a great sound quality headphones. With ear hooks you don't need to worry about headphones not staying in place during workout/running, which I had issues with other wireless headsets. I highly recommended!

My husband received a pair of these headphones for Christmas and we fell in love from day 1. In fact, we loved them so much we both wanted to use them daily except we couldn't both use them at the same time so that began the dilemma. After about a month of bickering over who's turn it was to use them we ended up just buying another set. 4 months later and we are both still in love! The battery life on these is literally amazing, I don't understand how they last SO LONG! I've had my own personal pair for a couple months now and I think I've charged them twice!! Like how can you beat that?! Now I don't use them every single day, probably about every other day and when I do use them its for probably an hour or two at a time depending on the day and what I need them for. I'm a SAHM and a student so sometimes I use them for phone calls while I clean, other times I use them for tiktok binges after the kids go to bed. Sometimes I'll listen to a podcast or some music while I clean. Not sure which to list first so I'm just going to go through all the amazing things I've noticed as they come to mind.
First, when I listen to podcasts or music while I clean I tend to turn something on and put my phone down and just go about my business forgetting the earbud is even connected to the phone which has made for some LONG range tests as I go room to room. I have left my phone in a bed room on one side of the house, walked outside and around the corner of my house to our outside trashcans and still been connected and listening to whatever I had turned on which definitely left me in amazement. The other thing with this is I have TINY ears and most ear buds or headphones tend to hurt or give me a headache after very short periods of time. Or, they fall out due to being too big and I constantly have to put them back in or worry about bending down and the ear bud falling out. With these that isn't a worry AT ALL!!! They fit comfortably in my ear, no pain, and I can leave them in for hours. In fact, my husband and I have both fallen asleep with these in, even at times actually laying on them! Another thing, I didn't realize these were noise canceling when I purchased them but they work REALLY WELL! Because i'm a full time SAHM I need to be able to hear my children at all times, unless of course my husband in home to help. If I am home alone with my kids I can only put one ear bud in or I will not hear them over whatever is playing, even at a lower volume.
These are inexpensive, great quality, great battery life, I literally compared SO MANY pairs before my husband received these and was never sure. These I now own two pairs and if I lost them, they broke, or I was looking for a gift i would 100% purchase these again!
Impressive value for the price

I have owned several corded earbuds over the years for use in the gym, and without fail they would always break. I wanted entry-level wireless, sweat resistant earbuds, and the Q20 pro did not disappoint. The earbuds are very easy to set up. The charging docks is simple but sleek, and automatically powers the earbuds off when placed in for charging and on when removed. The USB cord for the charger is a little short and the product does not come with a USB outlet adapter, but honestly I would rather have the savings of not including these pieces so I didn't bother docking a point for it. The dock itself has a battery, so needing to switch a cord every now and again is not a big deal to me. The sound quality was surprisingly good. I'm by no means an audiophile, but the bass seemed to come through well, which is nice for most gym playlists. The ear hooks are sturdy, which keeps the buds fixed in place during exercise and has been a problem with cheaper earbuds I've purchased in the past.
Overall I'm quite pleased with what I got.

These far exceeded expectations by meeting the standards I look for in earbuds.
Sound quality/durability - For what I paid the sound is above average for others priced in the same.
Range - Covers one side of the house all the way into the backyard without any noticable degradation of the signal.
All in all I am replacing my primary use buds with these and while the sound quality could be better I'd rather not pay close to 200 for the difference.
