You can connect a power bank or certified charger using a micro USB cable to charge the charging case.
Question 2: How can I reconnect bluetooth if the connection is lost?
Step 1: Take the headphones out of the charging case,
Step 2: Delete "ES05" in the Bluetooth list and turn off Bluetooth,
Step 3: Switch on Bluetooth, select "ES05" and re-establish the connection.
Question 3: Why can't the wireless earbuds charge?
1, Please remove the film on the earbuds before charging.
2, Make sure the charging case has enough power and the earbuds are properly seated in the charging bay.
Question 4: Why did the wireless earbuds lose connection?
1, Out of Bluetooth range.
2, The earbuds have low battery.

Clear sound
Such a great value for your money! It’s soft in the ear and the sound is very clear. It doesn’t have a long range because it disconnects on the other side of the house. I don’t believe you’ll get this quality for such a fair price.
