How do I connect Q25 wireless earbud to Bluetooth device for the first time?
1.Tear off the insulating protective film around the sports earbud charging contacts. And put back the Bluetooth earbud to the charging case for charging 10 mins.
2.Take out of two wireless earbud Bluetooth, both running earbud will auto turn on and pair. Wait about 10s for the sport earbud to pair each other. When successfully pair, one of the sport earphones indicator light will stop flashing and another will keep flashing.
3.Now, you can open your phone Bluetooth and find "Q25" in your list. When connect to the phone, both sport headphones indicator lights will go out.
4.Next time use, the wireless earbud headphones will auto reconnect to the last paired device when take out from the charging case.

1.How to solve the problem of no sound from the headphone?
First, you can adjust the volume through the phone itself, or In the connected device state, press the left ear 3 times to increase volume, Press the right ear3 times to decrease volume
2.How to Solve Volume and Charging Issues ？
Clean the charging contacts, eartips, and mesh with an alcohol pad to remove dust or earwax that might be affecting charging or sound volume.
3. How to Solve Connection Issues（Reset your earbud）
Place the earbud into the charging case and ensure they are charging.
Delete the Bluetooth pairing information on the phone.
Take the earbud out of the charging case, wait for 5 seconds until the LED on the left earbud flashes blue and red, and the LED on the right earbud not flashes . Now you can re-pair with your phone, search and connect to "q25".

Immersive Sound and Unexpected Ear Hook Comfort
The first thing I thought when I put these on, was how comfortable they were. Sorry, let me step back some, first after opening the box, I was so happy to see they already were charged, and when I opened the carrying case and turned on my iphone bluetooth, they instantly showed up in my BT list. So easy to connect to. I had high hopes of how they would sound and I wasn't disappointed. The bass and clear highs are amazing... these are my new go to for running. They are comfortable and light and fit so well in my ears without even needing to change out the silicone pads that come with it. They are noise cancelling, and this just ads to the overall impressive quality of the sound output. I recommend these to anyone looking for an affordable ear hook style Bluetooth sport earbuds.
High Quality and a Great Price!
I have been looking for a good quality set of earbuds for a long time. I have purchased a few and they just didn't feel good on my ear. These earbuds are awesome. I even have my glasses on and they still feel comfortable around my ear. They are packaged really nice and they come in a really nice charging box.So the real test came when I started watching videos with them in. They are noise reducing and the sound is really good.
I actually used the instructions on the listing to set them up. It was really easy. I have only had them on for less than an hour and I am so happy with the choice I made.

These earbuds look very slick. They were very easy to pair. I thought the hook would make me feel uncomfortable. Actually not. With the hook, I have no problem in wearing them while running or jogging. These airbuds are also excellent in canceling noise. I am very happy with this purchase.
Sound and connectivity
So, This is my first time buying earphones from Amazon, so of course I was not sure in the start as i have bought earbuds after checking them out on stores till now. A relatively good price for a bluetooth earbud. Due to the use of new tech, his sound quality is not much worse than that of wired headphones. The highs are sweer, mids and lows are stable.

lightweight headphones
I bought them to use while I work and at the moment they work perfectly, they sync very quickly to my android phone, the only thing is that the rubber bands that go in the ears are a bit hard but the sound is magnificent.
