Q: The right/left headphone does not play sound?
A: To fix:
Please make sure and keep the headphones are working within 33ft (10m) from your phone and there is no obstacle.
Please try the following instructions to reset the earbuds:
Long press no sound earbud for 5s to turn off.
Long press the earbud for 10s again to complete the reset. (The white and orange light will flash for 2-3s and it goes out after 10s.)
Put it in the charging case, take out the earbud again and reconnect it.
A: To fix:
If you paired it to your phone, forget T12 on Bluetooth then put both of the headphones back in the case (Leave it in the case for about 5s).
Then take them out. Don't pair yet. Both headphones will have a white and orange light blinking, which means the left and the right headphones are pairing to each other.
Once 1 headphone light turn off, the other light blinks, you can then pair it to your phone and both earbuds can work.
Note:
Remove the plastic film from the two headphones charging points and fully charge them before use.
If the earbuds can't be charged properly, please use a paper towel to wipe the charging points.
