Hands Down The BEST Headset I've Ever Had
I got this headset back in 2020. Sorry for such a late review. The box it came it was spectacular, the message card that was included with my headphones was so funny that I've kept both the card and the box that the headset comes in.
EXTREMELY
comfortable headphones. So much so that I'll have them on for far too long before I realize my ears need some air.
SECOND TO NONE
audio quality. For my Zoom meetings, I've never been heard better. Everything is crisp and clear. No one complains that they can't hear me. I can have the headset audio at 10 and hear all the audio.
LONG long cord. I can walk four feet away and still be plugged in. I like that. I like it a lot.
If I had to complain, it would only be that these headphones are in one color only. That's it. If you all release this exact headset in blue with glowing blue lights, I'll buy a second pair!
If I were to score this, I'd give it a 10 outta 10!
Bought for Zoom
One of my children needed a headset for school Zoom meetings. I've largely given up on the big brand name that shall remain nameless in this review (why give them advertising?) from some bad experiences I've had with their products. I've had a great experience with the Klim Cyclone laptop cooling pad, and when the other pair of headphones I planned to order was out of stock, decided to give these a try. So far, they sound good to me, and my child was able to get through the entire school day with the headphones on without getting uncomfortable in them. When I need to replace my own headset, this one will be at the top of my list of options.

Likes: Plug and Play USB, overall Headphone comfort and audio quality, long connection cord with adjustable features. Very nice! I am not a gamer but I do use the Mantis for online video conferences.
Dislikes: Fixed position of mic boom in front of my mouth is way too far away (5 inches) for the way I use mics professionally. Even with mic level adjustments it causes me to have to talk a bit too loud in order to get proper audio level in online video conferences without it picking up room background noise and conversations. KLIM should make the mic boom adjustable for closer talking.
The downloadable feature adjustment software does not work very effectively. The EQing feature has limited effect.
Overall, despite my above cons, this product is great buy. I think you will be very happy with this headset if you are a gamer.

I decided to try KLIM for a new set of computer headphones as I really enjoy my earbuds from them. I have to say that they are great. They are a tad bit too tight, but I'm nitpicking on that. The don't slide, the adjustments for the height are good, the mic pivots on a notch style system, the headset is USB instead of the 3.5mm jacks, and the little controller is useful. These headphones are extremely loud, which is much better than being quiet since I can adjust the volume down. The braided cable seems rather durable, and doesn't seem to knot up at all. Overall I'm very happy with these headphones and they seen to be a great value for the price. If anything happens(good or bad) I will update the review. I will say reading some of the other reviews before I purchased these headphones, some people had issues with them not being "plug and play" however I literally didn't have to install anything. I plugged it into my computer USB and it immediately worked. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a less expensive option that punches well above its price point.
Surprising sound quality at this price
First the only thing i dislike about them, the ear coverings are just a touch too small for my ears.
Now that's out of the way, the sound quality is.. just wow. Used them in a game and i was hearing footsteps from 50+ ft away up to 100 at one point. nothing could sneak up.
The ambient made the environment rich and alive just like the expensive headphones do, fully mobile as well, a moving object was moving across with some of the cleanest surround function I've heard in years.
I put in some classical music and i could hear individual instruments. Not kidding.
And finally I plugged them in and used them immediately. Within 1 minute of opening the box! Mic is clean and clear too.
For the price? WORTH. no question will buy again after i stupidly run them over with my chair.

Kurzrezension: Kauft das Produkt, der Sound ist bombastisch, sie sind ihr Geld wert! Langrezension: Ich habe diese Kopfhörer für meinen Partner bestellt. Seine vorhergehenden Gaming Kophörer einer sehr bekannten Marke waren einfach nicht mehr schön anzusehen. Ich bin ein Mensch der gerne auch andere Produkte testet und was Marken oder No-Name betrifft sehr unvoreingenommen. Diese Marke und den Hersteller kannte ich noch nicht, aber die Produktbeschreibung war genau das nach dem ich gesucht habe. Wer sich mit dem Thema etwas beschäftigt hat weiß wie gut die Kopfhörer von Ihrer Hardware sind und kann mir sicher nur zustimmen das diese paar Euro mehr sehr gut investiert sind. Der klang ist unbeschreiblich gut! Ich selbst mochte Kopfhörer bisher nicht so gern, ich hatte da immer das Gefühl das der Sound in meinem Ohr/Kopf wie eingeschlossen ist und das empfand ich sehr unangenehm. Deshalb habe ich bisher auch keine benutzt. Zuvor Sie mein Partner bekommen hat, habe ich sie aber doch mal getestet und das Gefühl ist echt unglaublich. Der Sound ist super, das Tragegefühl ist perfekt und es fühlt sich einfach richtig an. Mein partner ist genau dieser Ansicht und freut sich über diese Kopfhörer wirklich total. Kauft sie euch auf jeden Fall! P.S.: Lest euch UNBEDINGT das Kärtchen durch Ihr werdet feststellen das Ihr bei einem menschlichen und sehr humorvollen Hersteller gekauft habt. Es lohnt sich ;)
Tolle Qualität zu einem unschlagbaren Preis
Ich gebe dem Headset Mantis von KLIM 4,5 von 5 Sternen. Hier sind die Gründe wesswegen sie sich diese Bewertung verdient haben (ich gehe hierbei von anfangs 5 Sternen aus und ziehe dann Punkte ab): 1. Sound; Der 7.1 Surroundsound ist kristalklar und hört sich echt super an, außerdem kann man bei Shootern durch den simulierten Surroundsound die genaue Position von Gegnern bestimmen. Auch Musik hört sich echt super an, allerdings sollte man beim Musikhören das Headset nicht aufs Maximum aufdrehen, das es sonst leicht übersteuert und der Bass aus irgendeinem Grund nachlässt. Man kann aber locker die Lautstärke auf 90-95% hochdrehen. Im Vergleich zu meinen alten Kopfhöhrern ist das Mantis auch lauter - insgesamt keinen Abzug. 2. Mikrofon; Das Mikrofon ist super, man hört mich klar und deutlich, aber das Wichtigste ist: man hört nur mich und nicht noch irgendwelche Umgebungsgeräusche. Allerdings weiß ich nicht, ob ich es verwenden würde wenn ich ein "Let's Player" wäre, da einzelne Standmikrofone besser sind (logischerweise sind diese besser, da sie quasi nur eine Aufgabe haben) - hierfür keinen Abzug. 3. Tragekomfort; Das Mantis ist an den Aufliegestellen sehr komfortabel und weich gepolstert, auch wenn ich sagen muss, dass der Punkt "SIE WERDEN ES NICHT SPÜREN" für mich zumindest nicht stimmt. Bei langem Tragen merke ich das mittlere der drei Kissen am Haltebügel doch ziemlich deutlich. Man kann es aber durchaus den ganzen Tag über tragen, ohne dass es schmerzt - 0,25 Sterne. 4. Verarbeitung; Das Headset ist meiner Meinung nach sehr gut verarbeitet, es gibt keine scharfen Kanten, der Kopfhaltebügel ist stabil aber auch formbar (ich würde ihn dennoch nicht so verbiegen wie es auf einem Bild zu sehen ist). Das Kabel ist stoffummantelt und das Mikrofon wackelt nicht. Allerdings ist der Lautstärkeregler mit Mikrofon und Sound Mute - Funktion im Gegensatz zum Rest des Mantis relativ billig und wirkt nicht so hochwertig wie der Rest -0,25 Sterne. 5. Kundenservice; Der Kundenservice von KLIM ist echt erste Klasse. Ich habe dieses Headset zweimal bestellen müssen. Grund dafür war, dass beim ersten das Mikrofon nicht funktioniert hat (glaube hier, dass ich einen Versandrückläufer bekommen hatte - das wäre aber KLIM nicht anzulasten). Ich war mir zu Anfang nicht sicher, ob das Mikrofon kaputt war, da es mein erstes USB Headset ist. Nach kurzem eigenen Troubleshooting habe ich dann beim beim KLIM-Kundenservice nachgefragt, ob sie vielleicht noch eine Idee hätten, was ich versuchen könnte. Sie waren sehr nett, haben schnell geantwortet und gute Lösungsmöglichkeiten angeboten. Als die vielen gutgemeinten Tipps auch nicht funktionierten, bekam ich ein Austauschheadset, welches dann einwandfrei funktionierte. Es kann immer einmal passieren, dass etwas nicht funktioniert, aber selten ist der Kundenservice dann so gut und schnell. Daher auch nochmal vielen Dank an das KLIM Team! Zusammengefasst: Wer ein gutes Headset für professionelles Zocken und Musikhören sucht, der ist hier genau richtig. Ich wollte mir zuerst ein aktuell teureres Headset kaufen, bin aber nun froh, dass ich mich dagegen entschieden habe. Die 4,5 Sterne führen auch deshalb zur Aufwertung: dieses Produkt spielt aufgrund den zuvor beschriebenen Qualitätsaspekten aktuell in einer überaus attraktiven Preisliga.
Hands down beats Turtle Beach headsets twice its price.
After one week of use I feel I can now write a proper review of this product. This will be a long review but I want to give people the best information I can. At first I was very unsure about purchasing this headset as I couldn't find any reviews or comments about them anywhere. But, I finally took a leap and purchased them after a couple of days of trepidation. I'm glad I bought them. The sound quality is very good, and they take on the cinema scope sound very well. Bass is strong, though sometimes a little strong for my personal liking but I can't knock them because of my EQ preferences. The build quality is also very good. They are sturdy yet light and don't seem like they will break any time soon. The braided cable is strong and you have plenty of it to sit away from your console or PC. The microphone is also good, and is quite sensitive. It picks up everything it needs to. In its price range, the KLIM hands down beats Turtle Beach headsets more than twice the price, and is a strong competitor for Tritton headsets at the £60 mark. I can't comment on Razer or other headsets as I haven't tried them myself. My only niggle with the headset is that only the microphone mute button works on console and you need to manually adjust the volume in the settings. This however isn't enough to knock off a star as it is technically a PC headset. You will receive a humorous email once purchased about how your product was selected and shipped. Which, not needed, is a nice little addition showing that the company have a sense of humour. All in all, I have already recommended these to a friend and if my experience continues to be good over the coming months then I will be buying KLIM again in the future. I wish this startup company the best as they are making very competitive headsets against competition twice it's price.
The best gaming headset on this planet
I'm so excited about this headset, I love it so much!
The KLIM headset is so good that I always hear everything in PUBG long and very clearly in front of my fellow players. They already call Miss KLIM.. And sayings like “You don't have to see anything, you have KLIM!” or “What does KLIM say?” are the order of the day.
The microphone quality is unbeatable, I've never had such a good microphone. It sounds crystal clear, the ups and downs are wonderfully balanced. My fellow players in the Discord were totally enthusiastic about my new voice.
I've tested some headsets, including HyperX Cloud Alpha, which I was absolutely dissatisfied with (both sound and microphone quality).
I highly recommend this headset to any gamer!
